The TOM TAILOR Group is one of the leading fashion houses in Germany and Europe. With its two umbrella brands TOM TAILOR and BONITA, the Group addresses complementary target groups from 0 to 60 years of age.
With its brands, the Group operates in more than 35 countries. The BONITA brand is available from the more than 1,000 proprietary retail stores as well as vertical wholesale surfaces in Europe. Alongside the more than 450 central retail stores, the TOM TAILOR brand is also sold in the Wholesale segment, including over 200 franchise stores, at least around 3,000 shop-in shops and almost 8,500 multi-label stores. Both brands are also available on the Internet in an online store, with the TOM TAILOR brand now available online in 21 countries. The Company employs around 6,980 staff around the world.

TOM TAILOR has presented itself with a new brand identity since August 2014. With the further development of its core brand, TOM TAILOR is strengthening its international profile and positioning itself as a “new urban player”. The new brand attitude reflects the slogan which appeals to self-confident target groups with a high affinity for lifestyle and fashion: “Life is a game, play it, be confident, dress in style.”
The new TOM TAILOR styles are more detailed, cleaner and more fashionable. The product strategy and brand design were inspired by international zeitgeist and shaped by the history of the TOM TAILOR brand.
TOM TAILOR Denim comprises the TOM TAILOR Denim Male and TOM TAILOR Denim Female lines. These collections are aimed at teenagers and young adults between the ages of 15 and 25. The TOM TAILOR CONTEMPORARY brand was launched in 2014. The collections are characterised by an extremely fashionable style, femininity and an ambitious design. TOM TAILOR CONTEMPORARY especially targets women who set value on design and a good price-performance ratio. The TOM TAILOR fashion sphere is complemented by numerous licensed products.
BONITA has been part of the TOM TAILOR Group since August 2012. With the BONITA and BONITA men brands, BONITA is one of the leading European fashion brands for women and men over 40 years of age. The ability to combine clothing items of excellent quality and suitability which can be used as coordinate outfits is at the heart of BONITA’s fashion and forms the basis for its collections. The collections are characterised in particular by attention to detail, perfect fit and extraordinary colour precision. Fashion by BONITA and BONITA men is mostly sold via own retail stores, since autumn 2015 it is additionally sold via vertical Wholesale. The product range is supplemented by a wide selection of accessories.
In fiscal year 2015, the TOM TAILOR GROUP increased its sales to EUR 955.9 million (2014: EUR 932.1 million). Recurring EBITDA for the period came to EUR 76.3 million (2014: EUR 87.2 million).
