Since mid-March 2017, Dr Heiko Schäfer has been Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of TOM TAILOR Holding SE, where he is responsible for product development, corporate strategy, sales, e-commerce, marketing and public relations.
Dr Heiko Schäfer was born in Minden in 1972. After studying business administration at the University of Saarbrücken, he received his doctorate in marketing from the University of Mannheim on the subject of cross-selling. He then worked for, among others, the Boston Consulting Group and the adidas Group, with a focus on marketing, sales and product development. In December 2015, he joined the TOM TAILOR Group as Chief Operating Officer (COO) and in September 2016 also assumed the function of interim CEO, which he now exercises on a permanent basis.
As Chief Financial Officer (CFO) since mid-June 2016, Thomas Dressendörfer has been responsible for finance and accounting, controlling, investor relations, human resources, auditing, taxes and legal affairs at TOM TAILOR Group.
Thomas Dressendörfer was born in Baghdad (Iraq) in 1958 and grew up in Mumbai (India). He studied business administration and economics at the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg and brings his many years of experience as a CFO of listed companies as well as large business entities and regions. Among other positions, he served as CFO of the Swiss implant manufacturer Straumann and the Swiss-based technology company Uster Technologies. Both companies are listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange. Thomas Dressendörfer also held senior positions in the finance departments of Randstad, The Nielsen Company and Procter&Gamble. Before joining the TOM TAILOR Group, he also worked as an independent consultant with his company DCS-Consulting, supporting companies in complex business projects and turnarounds.
Liam Devoy has been Chief Operating Officer (COO) at the TOM TAILOR Group since August 2017 and is responsible for the Management Board's Operations division, in particular for Procurement, Logistics and IT.
After studying English and Political Science at Bridgewater State University, Liam Devoy gained more than 20 years of experience in operations functions in the fashion and sportswear sector before joining the TOM TAILOR Group. He has worked for companies such as Quicksilver, Marc Jacobs and The Children's Place. At adidas and Reebok, Liam Devoy was also responsible for the operational development of the global warehouse network and most recently, as Vice President Global Supply Chain Strategy, accompanied the strategic orientation of the adidas Group's global supply chain.
As of 1 January 2019, Karsten Oberheide has been responsible for the BONITA division on the Management Board of the TOM TAILOR Group. Prior to this, he had been Chief Sales Officer for BONITA since September 2018, assuming responsibility for the company's operating business.
As an experienced sales and purchasing expert, he has comprehensive knowledge of how to optimize operational structures and processes. Karsten Oberheide can draw on expertise acquired in his position as Managing Director Retail at Gerry Weber, where he was responsible for managing sales in his own channels since 2015. After his studies, Karsten Oberheide became familiar with the fashion business from the ground up: starting as a trainee at the former SinnLeffers AG, he developed over several positions from department head to managing director of SinnLeffer AG, which merged in 1997. From 2002, he also took over the management of the textile sales brand. From 2003, he was ultimately responsible for Sales and Purchasing in a managerial function and was promoted to Managing Director in 2007. Following the takeover by Wöhrl in 2013, he was appointed to the Management Board with responsibility for Purchasing and Marketing.
